The program: UNESCO kasbahs, oases, overnight in a Berber camp, sunrise and sunset over the dunes, and camel trek. All in a private 4x4 with a French-speaking driver-guide.

🗓 Detailed itinerary
Day 1 — Marrakech → Ait Ben Haddou → Dadès
Departure 7am. Cross the Tichka pass (7,415 ft). Visit the UNESCO Ait Ben Haddou kasbah. Drive to Ouarzazate, the Rose Valley and the Dadès Gorges. Dinner and overnight in a kasbah.
Day 2 — Dadès → Todra → Merzouga
Morning in the spectacular Todra Gorges. Continue to Erfoud and Merzouga. Meet your caravan, camel trek to the camp in Erg Chebbi at sunset. Berber dinner, music around the fire, overnight under the stars.
Day 3 — Merzouga → Draa → Marrakech
Sunrise over the dunes (not to be missed). 4x4 return to Merzouga. Return road via Alnif, Tazarine, Agdz and the Tichka pass. Arrival in Marrakech late afternoon. End of our services.

Do I need to book well in advance?
In high season (October-April), yes, 2-3 weeks ahead. In low season, 1 week is enough.
Is the camp comfortable?
Yes, Berber tents with beds and blankets. Shared showers and toilets on site. Luxury private tent option (+€30/pers).
Is there a lot of driving?
About 6h drive on day 1, 5h on day 2 (with breaks), 7h on day 3. The scenery more than compensates.
